Ashley Kate HR & Finance is excited to recruit a Payroll and HR Analyst for a renowned charity in the Bradford area. This role offers unparalleled flexibility, including the option to work from home as much as you need. You'll be part of a non-profit that plays a crucial role in society, supported by a dedicated network of approximately 10,000 volunteers. Your contributions will directly impact an organisation with a large influence in society.

Realizowane zadania

Lead the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate pay adjustments and timely payments for all employees

Manage payroll operations, including pension and benefit administration, and resolve over payment issues

Oversee timesheet processing, ensuring compliance and timely submissions across the organisation

Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, conducting regular data cleanses to ensure data integrity

Update and review HR & Payroll KPIs, continually assessing their effectiveness

Produce, interpret, and analyse data for regular and ad hoc reports, including survey feedback

Identify trends, monitor compliance, and review overall HR performance

Complete mandatory reports and surveys, such as Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gaps and government submissions

Support the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and managing absences, ensuring processes are efficient and accurate
