US: Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst

Opis stanowiska

As our Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will work closely with the People Operations team and other key teams such as Finance to manage payroll and benefits across our growing organization. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People Operations and be a part of our People Operations team. This role is a means to make a difference: you will engage in some of our highest-priority operational efforts, and you will provide essential services to our employees.

Realizowane zadania

Manage payroll and benefits administration for a roughly 250-person US employee population and a roughly 30-person international employee population

Manage payroll processing in ADP, including semi-monthly multi-state/multi-entity payroll processing, monthly international payroll processing

Develop and maintain payroll processes, procedures and documentation
4
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits, including tax-related items

Complete new state registrations and respond promptly to local and state notices. Complete key payroll projects such as W2 distribution

Support the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, etc.)

Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs. Resolve any payroll or benefits discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner

Coordinate within the People Operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations

Provide excellent employee service, including answering employee requests and questions about payroll and benefits
10
Review payroll- and benefit-related invoices
