Opis stanowiska
We are seeking a Project Lead to work as part of a collaborative leadership team (HR, GT & SI) or smaller groups (GT/HR or GT/SI) to oversee a dedicated squad of team members. This position plays a critical role in managing all project activities related to a specific area of scope.
Realizowane zadania
1
Define tower scope and strategy to achieve it, align with stakeholders. Ensure ongoing stakeholder management.

Ensure Tower project plan is detailed, complete, realistic and integrates with other workstream

Identify gaps in resource requirements and knowledge or performance of squad members
4
Manage activities carried out by squad members. Approve all tower outputs and deliverables. Ensure full, thorough documentation
5
Lead squad in identification of risks, issues and interdependencies and management of mitigations/corrective actions.
6
Recommend strategy, validate direction, or provide steerage in solutioning
